Getting to the University of Huddersfield:
By Air & Train
The easiest way to travel to Huddersfield University is to fly to Manchester Airport, and then take a direct train to Huddersfield.
There is a Train station located at the Airport with direct trains to Huddersfield every 30 minutes. From the airport the journey will take approx. 50 mins, costing around £36 for a return ticket. Specific information on the current train schedule is available here.
There is a map showing how to get to the campus here.
Exit the M62 at either junction 23 or 22 and head for the town centre, then follow signs round the ring road for the university. You should check with your accommodation on the availability of parking, otherwise there are parking lots down by the river, on Colne Road, charging £3/day, and lots of well sign-posted municipal car park spaces which are not so cheap.
